Camping El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro (formerly camping valldaro) is located a short distance from the center of the seaside town of Platja d'Aro on the sunny Costa Brava in Catalonia! Camping El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro has all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday! The campsite has several swimming pools with slides, tennis courts and football fields. Water fun for the whole family
At camping El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro, the whole family can enjoy hours of swimming fun! The campsite has no fewer than four swimming pools, including a pool for small children with fun play equipment, a whirlpool and a swimming pool with slides! The swimming pools of the campsite are surrounded by sunbathing areas where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. From the campsite it is about 1.5 km to the sandy beach on the Mediterranean Sea where you can swim, surf or enjoy the sun!
Animation and recreation
There is more than enough to do during your holiday at camping El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro! There are two playgrounds for the children, one centrally located on the campsite and one at the mini club. Sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves at the campsite. The campsite has several sports facilities and sports fields, including a multisports field, mini golf course, football fields and tennis courts. During the high season, the campsite often organizes games and competitions.
At the campsite there is an enthusiastic animation team that organizes endless activities. For children aged 4 to 8 there is the mini club, where they can have fun for hours with creative and active themed activities. For older children (8 to 12 years) there is the maxi sports club and children from 12 to 17 can join the teenies sports club. The names say it all, but here the children can enjoy many sports activities in their own age group. There is also a sports club for the adults. Evenings are filled with spectaculair entertainment . You can enjoy shows with dance and music, magicians, live music, etc.
To dine
Camping El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro has excellent facilities for a snack and a drink. There is a bar next to the swimming pools, for a nice cooling drink or an ice cream. At the restaurant and snack bar of the campsite you can enjoy delicious dishes, or you can pick up a meal to eat in the tent or mobile home. Would you rather cook yourself? At the campsite you will find a large supermarket, where you can buy daily groceries, beach equipment and newspapers.

Outside you can enjoy the outdoors on a garden set with a parasol. There are also 2 sun loungers.

The Costa Brava, with its rough character and rich culture has always been known as the place to go in Spain for a holiday. The largest attractions of the Spanish Costas are, of course, the large sand beaches and the crystal clear waters. In May, these waters are already perfect for swimming. However, this area offers you a lot more than the sandy beaches. We always recommend to visit the metropolis of Barcelona if you holiday in the area. Even if you have visited Barcelona before, it never loses its charm. Barcelona is rich in architecture and museums. Otherwise the hinterland has beautiful untouched nature and the coastline has many picturesque villages. If you stay on El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro for a longer time and have some time to travel the area we surely recommend to visit the coastal cities in the area like Palamos, Begur and L'Estartit with the harbours, beaches and beautiful views. Those who come for sun & sea, beaches and a lively atmosphere will definitely have a fantastic holiday on El Delfin Verde Playa d'Aro!
