How can I change my address/phone number?

You can easily make changes to your personal data (name, address, telephone number) in My Rent-a-Tent.

Changes to your e-mail address are best communicated by e-mail to avoid misunderstandings. Use the contact form for this, stating your reservation number.

Can I make a change to the reservation, such as the date?

Changing, for example, the date, the accommodation, or the campsite, after you have made your reservation, is possible in some cases. However, this is subject to availability.

In some cases there are fixed arrival and departure days for campsites or accommodations, which means that changes can only be made within these days.

For a change, costs are often charged for a more / less price. Rent-a-Tent will also charge € 25 change costs. Our [booking conditions](/booking conditions) apply to all changes.

Can I book another person?

This depends on the type of accommodation you have booked and how many people have already been booked. For example, many accommodations are suitable for a maximum of 6 people (including babies), this maximum may never be exceeded.

Local taxes must be paid for extra persons, in addition it is possible that extra persons will be charged.
