The mobile home has a living area of approximately 30 m² and a half-covered wooden porch with garden furniture. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, and there is a separate second toilet. Additionally, the mobile home has a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The mobile home has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Single duvets and pillows are included.

The kitchen is fully furnished with plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, mugs, pans, and kitchen utensils. There is also a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a four-burner gas stove, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a kettle.

The living room has a cozy dining and seating area with a sofa, table, and chairs. There is also a set of garden furniture on the terrace outside.
