Medium sized 'Ibiza-style' campsite in the Ardèche
Camping Medrose (formely camping Le Medieval) is an ideal campsite for lovers and bon vivants of Ibiza and Bohemian style. Enjoy life, comfort and (music) entertainment. This compact and lively campsite is laid out on elongated grounds and is located on the dry river de Escoutay and is surrounded by mountains, forests and a rocky beach. The Joie de Vivre campsite is located one and a half kilometers from the picturesque village of Saint-Thomé and only half an hour by car from the Roman town of Montélimar and 50 minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc. At this attractive campsite, opt for a real 'Glamping' holiday in a luxuriously furnished tent with its own bathroom and toilet.
Atmospheric enjoyment and entertainment
Camping Medrose has an outdoor terrace and an attractive bar and a restaurant, the perfect place to try delicious regional dishes from the beginning of May to the end of September. How about the delicious ice creams from Terra adéliche? The menu and the daily menu will amaze you every day with a delicious dish. The camping site also has a take-away service and delicious pizzas are available at the pizza hut. In the evenings there is often entertainment on the terrace for camping guests until 23:30 with live music, entertainment and music. In addition, at the reception in the morning there is the possibility to buy delicious fresh bread rolls or to start the day with a nice cup of coffee.
French cosiness
You will receive a warm welcome at this hospitable campsite by the French owners Lynda and Arlette. The Medrose campsite is located in a valley on the banks of the river Escoutay. From the outdoor pool and restaurant you also have a beautiful view of the steep cliffs.
Take a dip in the outdoor pool
The Ibiza style campsite has a large outdoor swimming pool of no less than 100 m², where you can relax on a lounger. The swimming pool is open in the evening until 20:00. Camping Medrose also has a separate children's pool of 50 m². There is also fishing on the campsite, but a permit is required. The camping terrace is surrounded by trees and there is also a large children's playground and a spacious playing field at Medrose. The mini club is open every day during the high season - from the beginning of July to the end of September. There is a bilingual mini club (French - Dutch), which is open every day during high season. For all children between the ages of three and ten, there are activities such as face painting, disco swimming and crafts from 10:00 am.
