Valamar Camping Lanterna is a large and lively 4-star campsite, located directly on the extensive beaches of Istria in Croatia! Water sports and water fun

You will never be bored at Lanterna campsite! The campsite has two beautiful swimming pool complexes. The aqua park Aquamar Lanterna has no fewer than eight swimming pools including a pirate boat, slides and a playground. The second pool complex is a spacious salt water pool and is located directly on the sea, so you have a beautiful view of the sea while swimming!

The campsite also has a wellness center, where you can enjoy a massage, spa pedicure and other beauty treatments. At the swimming pool you will find a snack bar for a nice ice cream or a refreshing drink. Note: a strap system is used at the snack bar, you can load money on the strap and pay with it. Swimming and sunbathing is of course also possible on one of the many beaches on the coast of Istria, one beach is even more beautiful than the other!

Recreation and animation

At Valamar Camping Lanterna you can enjoy many sports activities. You can hit a ball on one of the tennis courts, you can play table tennis, soccer, volleyball and basketball. There are also fun activities such as mini golf, jumping on the trampoline or skating in the skatepark. There are no fewer than three playgrounds for the children. To explore the area, you can rent bicycles at the campsite or rent a pedal boat or boat and explore the region by water. There are also many other water sports options, such as windsurfing and canoeing. During the season, a tourist train runs across camping Lanterna (for a fee). The amusement center is a meeting place for teenagers with pool billiards, slot machines and various other exciting games.

Enjoyment

In the evening you can enjoy a delicious meal with a view of the sea. A nice fresh fish or delicious pasta while enjoying a good glass of wine. In addition, you will find several restaurants at Lanterna campsite, one of which also offers the possibility to take away food. There is also a food truck where you can pick up tasty snacks such as burgers, pizza and salads. After dinner it is time for the dance or music evenings. Young people can have a great time in the nearby disco. Would you rather stay at the campsite? There are several bars, for a nice refreshing drink with a sea view.

At camping lanterna in Croatia you don't even have to leave the campsite for a nice holiday. There is plenty of entertainment on the camping site and on the central square 'Piazza' there is a supermarket, where they also sell fresh fruit and vegetables. There is also a camping shop, sports shop, beach and souvenir shop, a bakery for delicious fresh bread and from about May to September there is even a market with fresh fish and shellfish.
