The 4-star Campsite Sportcamp Woferlgut is located in the Salzburgerland, directly at the foot of the Grossglockner and close to the famous Hohe Tauern National Park. This lively family campsite near Zell am See has been one of the leading campsites in Austria and perhaps Europe for many years. The luxurious 4-star hotel Woferlgut with restaurant and terrace is located next to the campsite, as well as the fairly new "Woferlgut Badewelten".

Camping Woferlgut offers everything for a wonderful family holiday. The children will have a lot of fun. There are trampolines, climbing frames and even a Fun & Action Indoor leisure room with ball pit, climbing wall and craft room and plenty of children's films are shown in the 'Pirates ship children's cinema.' The professional animation team of the Topi Children's Club organizes plenty of activities during the holiday months, indoors and outdoors, for young and old. There is also free childcare. One of the biggest attractions during high season is a ride on the children's train across the campsite.

Activities

But there is more. Tennis, basketball, football and beach volleyball are all possible. Start the morning with water gymnastics, go on one of the professionally guided hike- or mountain bike tours, go rafting or roller skating or play a round on the golf course of Zell am See. Take a dip in the approximately 15,000 m2 swimming lake. The "Kneipp path" and a challenging low ropes garden are also located here. Finally, there is a beautiful 12-hole mini golf course, fun for the whole family!

Culinary pleasures

The restaurant serves delicious local and international dishes, but you can also take away pizzas. Or have a drink in the cozy "Kaminbar". If you prefer to cook for yourself, you can get the ingredients in the supermarket, where fresh bread rolls are also available in the morning.

Campsite Sportcamp Woferlgut has an exclusive Water World: "Wofergut Badewelten"! This "Badewelt" offers, among other things:

The entrance to this exclusive "Badewelt" must be paid on site at the reception of Sportcamp Woferlgut.

Campsite Woferlgut also has an extensive wellness offer (for a fee) with several saunas, steam bath, plunge pool and relaxation areas where drinks and fruit are available free of charge.

The national sport in the nature of Salzburgerland is, of course, hiking. Weekly hiking and cycling tours, as well as Nordic walking, are organized from the campsite. Cycling enthusiasts rent a bicycle, e-bike or mountain bike. The mountains, the Zellersee at 4 km (with the beautiful town of Zell am See) and the Austrian cosiness are excellent ingredients for a fantastic camping holiday! The site is close to a busy road so traffic can be heard in some areas of the site.

Attention: entrance "Badewelt":
You can use the exclusive "Badewelt" at Woferlgut (including professional fitness room) for a fee.
There are two options.

Option 1: a package price.
Only bookable for your entire stay. Unlimited access to the Badewelt during your stay including fitness room and relaxation areas.
Children between 2 and 10 years pay € 3,50 per day per person.
Persons from 11 years old pay € 7 per day per person.
Surcharge for use of sauna and spa € 3,- per day per person.
With this package, the 3rd and/or 4th child is/are free.

Option 2: one-time entrance.
With this option you get 3 hours access to the "Badewelt" once a day.
Children between 2 and 10 years pay € 10,50 per person.
Persons from 11 years old pay € 21 per person.
Surcharge for use of sauna and spa € 6 per person.
For each additional hour, € 1,- per hour will be deducted from the deposit (see below) for adults and € 0.50 per hour for children. If you also pay the surcharge for use of the sauna and spa, you will receive standard access to the "Badewelt" for 4 hours.

Your admission ticket for the "Badewelt" consists of an electronic wristband for which you pay a deposit of € 20 per person. You will receive the deposit back at the end of your stay in the Badewelt, after deduction of any extra hours (with one-time entrance).
Please note: you pay the package price or one-time entrance fee on site at the receptiondesk of Sportcamp Woferlgut. It is not possible to arrange this already when booking your Rent-a-Tent accommodation.
